Renovation & Extension

We took a dilapidated semi detached house and oversaw a complete renovation and extension, adding a three new rooms and a bike store. We reconfigured the layout, introducing better sight lines and flow of spaces. A new living space to the rear of the building is dug into the ground giving additional ceiling height and adding a sense of grandeur. This leads into a lowered brick patio giving an improved connection to the garden. A vibrant colour palette in the interior decoration helps to define spaces whilst adding fun to the project.
