Remodelling and Refurbishment

A modest victorian terrace had previously been divided into two flats. This upstairs flat benefitted from its own front door and private garden access, but the layout was poor and provided compromised entertaining spaces. As part of a complete renovation we re-arranged the internal spaces, opening up the loft in the rear room to create a double height dining space with long views to the rear of the building. The kitchen and bathroom were moved to the center of the plan and given a minimum amount of space that works incredibly hard to allow for greater flexible spaces for living, eating and sleeping.
